Not at all. You can keep using portals to fill the gaps. Your own website is the foundation: regulars and referrals inquire directly with no commission, portals top up the rest. For now you update occupancy in a couple of clicks in the admin — automatic calendar sync via iCal is in preparation.
Yes. You update occupancy, prices and texts in a simple admin from your computer or phone. And if you do not feel like it, send us the changes by e-mail and we will publish routine content changes for you, usually within 48 hours.
Three ways: returning guests and referrals, search engines, and your own communication channels. We build the website on solid technical foundations for search engines, so it can be discoverable by the name of your accommodation and relevant queries connected with your location. You can then easily share your address via your Google Business Profile, social media, business cards, e-mail, QR codes and communication with your regular guests.
You do. We register your own domain in your name, and the texts and graphics created for your website are yours. If you ever wanted to leave, you take everything with you — you get an export of content and contacts with no excuses and no fees.
