1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Techcrowd s.r.o., company ID 17846218, VAT ID CZ17846218, with its registered office at Pod Nádražím 1204, 286 01 Čáslav, Czech Republic. The managing director of the company is Miloš Novák.

2. What data we process

We only process the data you enter into the contact form yourself, plus technical data necessary to protect the form:

• name,
• e-mail address,
• optional information about your accommodation (name or link),
• the content of your message,
• IP address (solely to protect the form from abuse) and the selected website language.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• handling your inquiry from the contact form and negotiating a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract),
• operational communication about your inquiry (confirmation of receipt, reply) — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
• protecting the form from spam and abuse (limiting the number of submissions per IP address) — the controller's legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We do not use the data for marketing and we do not send any newsletter.

4. Recipients and processors

The data is accessible only to authorised persons of the controller and to the following processors:

• Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Berlin, Germany) — the e-mail platform used to deliver inquiries and send confirmations; data is processed in the EU,
• Fly.io, Inc. (USA) — the hosting infrastructure provider; the application runs on servers in the EU (Stockholm). Any access from the USA is covered by EU standard contractual clauses.

We never sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention period

We keep inquiry data for 12 months after the inquiry has been handled, then we delete it. If a contract is concluded based on the inquiry, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and thereafter for as long as required by law (in particular accounting and tax regulations).

6. Your rights

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

• access your data (Art. 15 GDPR),
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
• object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR).

You can exercise your rights by e-mail at info@stayrivo.com; we will reply within one month at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.

7. Cookies and analytics

stayrivo.com does not store any cookies on your device and does not use analytics, advertising or any other tracking tools. That is why there is no cookie banner on the website — there is nothing to consent to.

8. Automated decision-making

No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place when processing personal data.
