Terms and Conditions
Effective from 4 September 2026
These terms and conditions govern the provision of the Stayrivo service — the creation and operation of websites for accommodation hosts. By confirming an offer or ordering the service, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
1. Service provider
The Stayrivo service is provided by Techcrowd s.r.o., company ID 17846218, VAT ID CZ17846218, with its registered office at Pod Nádražím 1204, 286 01 Čáslav, Czech Republic, registered in the Czech Commercial Register (the “provider”). The managing director of the company is Miloš Novák.
Contact e-mail: info@stayrivo.com.
2. Subject of the service
The subject of the service is the creation of a tailor-made website for the customer's accommodation and its subsequent operation — hosting, technical maintenance, backups and content updates. The website typically includes an availability calendar and an inquiry form through which guests send direct booking inquiries to the customer.
- Stayrivo is not a booking portal or an intermediary of accommodation services.
- The provider charges no commission on bookings or inquiries.
- Accommodation contracts are concluded directly between the customer and the guest; the provider is not a party to them and is not liable for their performance.
3. Order and website setup
The customer requests the service via the form at stayrivo.com or by e-mail. Based on the inquiry, the provider sends an offer with a specific scope and price. The contract is concluded once the customer confirms the offer; confirmation by e-mail is sufficient.
The website setup fee starts at CZK 5,900 as a one-off payment (pilot price; the final price depends on the agreed scope). The setup includes two rounds of revisions. Before launch, the website is presented to the customer for approval at a staging address.
4. Monthly operation
The website is operated for a monthly fee starting at CZK 990. It includes hosting, backups, certificates, technical maintenance and minor content updates within the scope described in the offer. The fee is invoiced monthly; invoices are due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise.
Minor content updates mean routine content changes — for example editing a text, changing a price or replacing a photograph; they do not include the development of new features or modules, or a redesign of the website. Routine content changes are usually published within 48 hours.
5. Optional add-ons
Beyond the basic scope, optional add-ons can be agreed — in particular a custom domain or additional language versions. Online deposit payments, calendar sync with portals and the optional AI assistant for guest replies are add-ons in preparation; we will offer them once launched. The scope and price of add-ons are agreed individually.
6. Term and termination
The website operation contract is concluded for an indefinite period. Either party may terminate it without cause in writing or by e-mail; the notice period is one month and starts on the first day of the calendar month following delivery of the notice.
Upon termination, the provider hands over to the customer an export of the website content and of the received inquiries (including contacts) and subsequently deletes the customer's data from its systems, unless it is legally required to retain them. A domain registered in the customer's name remains with the customer.
7. Availability and liability
The provider operates the website with professional care on a “best effort” basis — it makes all reasonable efforts to keep it continuously available, but does not guarantee a specific availability level (SLA) unless agreed separately.
The provider is not liable for lost profit, loss of business opportunities or other indirect or consequential damages. The provider's total liability for damages is limited to the amount the customer has paid for the service in the last 12 months.
The provider is not liable for content (texts, photographs and other materials) supplied by the customer for publication on the website; the customer is responsible for being entitled to use such content.
8. Governing law and changes to the terms
The legal relationship between the provider and the customer is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over any disputes.
The provider may amend these terms to a reasonable extent. Changes will be announced to customers by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect; a customer who does not agree with a change may terminate the contract as of its effective date.
