Question 1

Do I have to leave Booking or Airbnb because of the website?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. You can keep using portals to fill the gaps. Your own website is the foundation: regulars and referrals inquire directly with no commission, portals top up the rest. For now you update occupancy in a couple of clicks in the admin — automatic calendar sync via iCal is in preparation.

Question 2

Can I manage the website without technical skills?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You update occupancy, prices and texts in a simple admin from your computer or phone. And if you do not feel like it, send us the changes by e-mail and we will publish routine content changes for you, usually within 48 hours.

Question 3

How will guests find my website?

Accepted Answer

Three ways: returning guests and referrals, search engines, and your own communication channels. We build the website on solid technical foundations for search engines, so it can be discoverable by the name of your accommodation and relevant queries connected with your location. You can then easily share your address via your Google Business Profile, social media, business cards, e-mail, QR codes and communication with your regular guests.

Question 4

Who owns the domain, photos and texts?

Accepted Answer

You do. We register your own domain in your name, and the texts and graphics created for your website are yours. If you ever wanted to leave, you take everything with you — you get an export of content and contacts with no excuses and no fees.

Question 5

How fast can you launch and what do you need?

Accepted Answer

Typically within 14 days from the moment you send us photos and fill in a short questionnaire (one evening of work), your website is ready to take direct inquiries. Before launch you see everything at a preview address and approve it. Two rounds of changes are included in the setup price.

Question 6

Is Stayrivo a proven service? Who is behind it?

Accepted Answer

Stayrivo is a new platform in pilot operation — the first website, Apartmani Nensi in Tučepi, runs live at nensi.stayrivo.com and you can browse it. The platform is built by a Czech team that has been developing software for companies for over a decade. That is why we offer our first clients better terms and personal care.

Question 7

What happens after I sign up?

Accepted Answer

After sign-up you'll get a verification e-mail. Once you confirm your address, we walk you through a short wizard (photos, prices, a few lines about your place) and build your site to measure from it.

Question 8

How long does it take to launch the site?

Accepted Answer

Every site is built to measure. From the moment you finish the wizard, your site is usually live within 3–5 business days. You see and approve everything before launch.

Question 9

Why isn't the site instant?

Accepted Answer

We're not a template generator — we hand-craft every site to fit your property, languages and photos so it looks trustworthy and wins direct inquiries. That's why it takes a few days, not a few minutes.
